Thanks for the report - I've removed the locks now.  The
infrastructure at lists.fp.o list or the ticket tracker at
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ (or the #fedora-admin
IRC channel) are probably the best places to report this kind of thing
in the future.
