Question about koji packages

Thank you very much for the reply!  The URL for the koji instance is
http://koji-toronto.usersys.redhat.com/kojiweb/

But I am not sure whether it is accessible from outside Red Hat's network.

without being able to see the koji instance your talking to its impossible to 
say..
