New release -- mock-1.2.3

Hi,
I just released new version of mock:
   https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/mock
I expect that that it will be stable enough to reach stable this time.

Compared to mock-1.2.2, there are mostly bugfixes and 3 small features:
  * New option --symlink-dereference.
  * Tmpfs new option 'keep_mounted'.
  * New option -x/--exclude to packages during install.

As always, please test and report issues.
