It is only as specific as there are users who own builds.  The Fedora
specific part -- deemphasizing a few system accounts -- is left to the
Fedora theme.  That theme will just make use of these new css classes.

You could use these for some other purpose.  For instance, you could
use jquery to key off the class names and generate little
user-friendly avatar pop-up cards when you hover over a username.
