這個我已經在十幾天前測試過了，
我個人認為用preupgrade(圖形界面的)升級的步驟和注意事項：

$sudo su

沒有就安裝
#yum install preupgrade

#preupgrade &

選擇f13,一路點擊“前進”，下載完後(對於網速慢的和軟件包比較多、大[體
積>=50MB的]，等待的時間很漫長)，會有"reboot"（先不要急着進行重啟
upgrade），到這一步注意了，

#cd /root
#vi upgrade.log 看看，有沒有.rpmsave 、.rpmnew、或出現wran..什麼bug的，
能自己修正的自己修改好。。

可以點擊"reboot"了

重啟後，按"Tab或Esc"鍵進入grub,看到upgrade to Fedora 13開頭的，按“e”，，
在第二個kernel開頭的最後添加 idle=mwait (<<<這一步對於我在f12預覽版前一
定要用才能正常啟動的，很重要),接着"Enter"按“b”。

等帶升級完畢，，特別是最後的最後處理，很慢。。。。出現重新引導。
