[FZH] ibus 要不要加入流行词汇 RPM?

流行词汇本身是没有版权的，但是收集到的流行词汇是有版权的。就好像口头转述的故事没有版权，但是一旦某人采集后出版了便有了版权。你难道要否认放在今天，司马迁没有《史记》的版权么？

> 上有人曾经提出改善词汇识别的方案，就是加上一个比如ibus-fashionwords(瞎编的名字勿喷)的流行词汇库。库最后通过RPM更新，因为这样会没有远程服务器的更新问题(很多输入法需要联网更新对吧)。
