Done. I've added you as a teacher to the "How to create an RPM" course.
A teacher can only make changes for each course (course context). 

I've also added you as a "course creator" so you can create new courses
(system context).

I've also added you as a site admin so you can modify roles for other
people that may want to test moodle out (system context).
