I did reinstall (before the fix was pushed), disabled updates-testing by 
default, installed the working rabbitmq-server and worked through the 
rest of Getting Started, up to Smoke Tests, successfully.

If meeting don't swamp me today, I should be able to retest with the 
updated package today.
