So there was a recent update to scsi-target-utils you probably need,
which is currently in updates-testing:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/scsi-target-utils-1.0.32-2.fc18

Please log specific issues in bugzilla or on #fedora-openstack on
freenode, and we'll look into them.
