Hey Rahul,

The Americas coloring is just to show the hover state appearance.... the buttons are meant to be anchor links.... think it works or too confusing?

This design is pretty good.  One minor nit.  It seems on first glance as
if it is a tabbed interface and Americas has been clicked on.
