[Design-team] Please help clean out Trac tickets

Hi guys, was helping Todd Thiner (who just emailed us with an intro and
requesting a task) on IRC. We ran across a lot of older tasks and
already-completed tasks in this list:

  https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/report/1

Please help out and look for tickets owned by you or that have most
definitely expired and close them as invalid. If the original submitter
still needs that, they can reopen the ticket. It will help make it a lot
easier to those who are new to the design team wanting something to do.
