[Design-team] Design Suite Talking Point

Hi,

I've quickly copied some stuff for the talking points together (since 
the Design Suite *is* in fact a talking point, heh). Here's the link:

In other news, rawtherapee is being reviewed, but suffers from licensing 
issues [1], pdfmod from bundled libraries [2] and pinta from a missing 
reviewer [3].

Besides that, we don't look too bad for now, I think. I should go and 
ponder about linking to Mo's class somewhere, though.
