[Design-team] Fedora Magazine design!

hey!

I like it, but I would probably would place a bit more of content and the
text above the pic of the header, might be better with a different placing
(maybe on center-right and a bit smaller, so the picture can
be appreciated a bit better).

that design can be done from scratch too, so let me know when do you folks
want me to start (so we can say that the theme was Fedora-custom jejeje)
