A very strange problem occurs with fed 15 + gnome 3 beta

Sounds like your CD is damaged, or the CD drive doesn't like it.

In any case, it's much too early in the setup to be caused by the
desktop used, so you might want to ask for help on the fedora users list
to see if somebody else had that problem.
