gnome package ownership

Hi,

historically, we've always struggled to maintain a full 'acl matrix' so
every desktop team member can touch every gnome package. But we can do
better ! Kalev has set up a 'gnome-sig' group in pkgdb, which some
people are already members of. You can make your packages available to
the group like this:

pkgdb-cli update --approve $package commit group::gnome-sig all

pkgdb-cli can also list your packages:

pkgdb-cli list --user $user --nameonly

I've just 'donated' all my packages to the group. If you own
gnome-related packages please consider doing the same and joining the
group.
