The proposal isn't really much to do with the installer itself, if you
read on - it's about bootsplash. If we were going to make that pretty on
the installer, it'd be fairly similar to making it pretty on regular
Fedora, I think.

We had a feature for that back around F12, and since then, it seems that
no-one's really had the cycles.
