Release notes have a launcher - maybe we should remove that

I think a yelp search provider for searching /usr/share/help would maybe
make sense....

The Web search provider is for Internet searches. (This isn't currently
installed by default in Workstation, but it probably will be soon -- I
just need to make it launch the user's default browser instead of
Web/Epiphany.)

The Files search provider is for local documents of all file types, but
it searches only your home directory. An evince search provider be
undesirable since it'd be redundant with this.
