There's also https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=734808 which
has to do with gnome-initial-setup being too large for a 1024x768 system.

It's also worth noting that a lot of the cheaper 11" and 13" laptops
out there are using 1280x720 screens, so that's worth keeping in mind
as well.
