Apps missing symbolic icons

These now have symbolic icons in upstream git, awaiting a new 3.16 release:

Disks
Document Viewer
Empathy
Notes
Passwords and Keys
Videos
Screen Reader

The Font Viewer icon is in adwaita-icon-theme git. We need a 3.16
release there.

Firefox: Paul requested trademark approval

Shotwell: We delete the upstream icons, so I added the symbolic
downstream, but the build is blocked on libgexiv2, which is broken;
contacted the maintainer. See also
