There will be an outage starting at 2010-06-13 00:30 UTC, which will last
approximately 6 hours.

Reason for outage:

Network work and testing will be going on during this 6 hour outage
window.  I suspect most things won't go down for extended periods but plan
on having this entire window being gone just in case.  I'm going to be
doing some db2 maintenance at the very start of this outage.
