What's going on here?

More than a dozen Red Hat people with "commit" access, but access
was "denied" to one other Red Hat employee. Why?

How is that package count to be interpreted?

Is it worth taking a look at the open librsvg2 bugs that affect
multiple apps? Or will the current committers not like that? What
was the reason for denying access to 'xiphmont'?
