urgent help needed with Miro rebuild failure blocking security update

Hi there,

I'm the Miro maintainer and the new xulrunner/firefox API bump causes a
broken dep because Miro wasn't able to be rebuilt see:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F12/FEDORA-2010-1727

and:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=566883

The proximate cause of this rebuild failure is that pkg-config is trying
to locate the libsepol.pc file:

Package config error:
pkg-config --list-all outputted the following error:
Package libsepol was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libsepol.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'libsepol', required by 'libselinux', not found
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.yAs5sB (%build)

full logs here:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=157187
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1996504&name=build.log

What's odd is that the exact same package compiles fine on F-11 with the
new xulrunner:

http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/Miro/2.5.4/2.fc11/data/logs/x86_64/build.log

and the failure isn't related to the new API for xulrunner AFAICT and
libsepol-devel is a BuildRequire and is correctly installed (see the
root.log above).

Has something related to pkg-config changed on F-12?

Alex
