Please edit your opencv update and add
mrpt-0.8.0-0.3.20100102svn1398.fc13 to the packages, so this is pushed
to stable, when your package is pushed to stable.
(I believe, you just need provenpackager rights to commit to cvs, but
not for shipping the update...)
