Well, from
http://linux.dell.com/files/fedora/FixBuildRequires/mock-results/i386/pkgconfig-0.24-5.fc14.src.rpm/
maybe pkgconfig-0.24-5.fc14 is used for this build test. This pkgconfig
can cause segfault somewhat easily, so if build uses the result of "pkg-config --cflags"
(and when pkg-config segfaults), needed header files cannot be included and
build can fail.
This issue is fixed in -6.fc14 and the newest pkgconfig is 0.25-1.fc14 (see changelog).
