Swap reviews: Askbot & friends

Hi

I have been working on packaging Askbot (demo at http://askbot.org) and
it's many dependencies with the hope of eventually getting a instance
running in Fedora Infrastructure.  It is written in Python and Django.  
Except for Askbot itself which would require a more detailed review,
everything else should be fairly easy.   Thanks
