Attention: rawhide packages needing rebuilds due to the trailing slash bug of rpm-4.9.1

...except that this is a false positive in both rawhide + f16 rebuild 
lists, due to owning the actual root directory (ie '/'):

> filesystem-2.4.44-1.fc17.src.rpm
