Hello Peter,

Welcome back.  I took over Deluge when you weren't around.  If you want
to be the primary maintainer again,  let me know    Current status is
that, I have split up the package as we had discussed before you left
and I am mentoring a co-maintainer,  Justin Noah on updating to the
latest upstream version 1.3.2 for Rawhide.   Thanks.
