New retrace-server is up'n'running

Hi,
the new retrace server HW is finally set up and running. Since it has 
the same name as the old one (retrace.fedoraproject.org) no special 
configuration is needed, it *should* just work.

pros:
- support for F16 (so we can use it on liveCD (need to fix: 742609))
- support for rawhide (testers are welcome)
- support for more parallel jobs (so hopefully no more "Please try again 
later")
- it's bigger, stronger, faster..


cons:
- none (so far)
