Fedora 16 feels slow

While I don't have hard numbers running that kernel seems to help. My rawhide
system was so slow that I rebuilt that kernel (though probably I could have
just used it) for f17 and am now seeing a lot of improvement there.
The slow down is so bad for f17 at this time, that I plan to use kernels
without debugging for the time being. I don't remember past rawhide kernels
being this much slower.
