Notice that jokosher used to be included within the Fedora Package
Collection, but has been retired before Fedora 15 "due to no active
owner":

If latest upstream release is 0.11, there will need to be an Epoch bump
as Fedora's last builds have been an 1.0 pre-release from upstream scm.
