The impact had not been appropriately summarized on the feature page, and 
the mailing list thread was just too long for most people to follow. Any 
later threads pointing out serious flaws in the feature were just entirely 
ignored by FESCo, on the grounds that "the feature was already accepted", as 
Matthew Garrett repeatedly pointed out in the FESCo meeting which would have 
been the last chance to reconsider.

IMHO, FESCo needs to accept that sometimes they make a mistake (especially 
if the vote was disputed to begin with) and revote. UsrMove should have been 
unapproved, not only for F17, but forever.
