Just to preempt any possible misunderstandings: Any feature that is invasive 
should be landing ASAP now IN F18 RAWHIDE ONLY, *NOT* IN THE F17 BRANCH! It 
is TOO LATE for invasive features in Fedora 17, they need to target Fedora 
18 instead!

(Dennis, I know this is obvious to you, but it might not be obvious to 
everyone.)
