service iptables save, systemctl, and unhelpful error messages

how can this be a bug?

this is hardly needed for millions of scripts and users
typing over years "service whatever restart", this works
like expected and even if not "systemctl save iptables.service"
would need SYSTEMD changed because "systemctl" is a part of it

gratulations - if this starts for iptables this will not
end and in 3 years systemd is full of dirty workarounds
and thrown away again for the next "clean rewrite of a
init-system" -> this is not how software-developemt
works!
