IT DOES HELP

it is a hughe difference for a bugreporter if he feels
a month ignored or becomes a response "sorry needs time"

the devopers "perfering ignore" are the reason for frustrated
reporters, bad comments and losing reporters because THEY SPENT
TIME for writing a bugreport and should never feel ignored
