Howto delete rawhide build

a) Has the build gone out in a rawhide compose? (They happen daily
starting at 08:15utc). If so, instead push a updated/fixed build. 

b) If it's not gone out in a rawhide compose yet, you can do: 

koji untag-pkg f19 fullpackage-version-release

It might be possible to use the web interface to do that, but I
wouldn't bother to try, the command line works fine.
