To be 100% clear: if you have a build where there is no 'reformat'
checkbox then the default and only behaviour anaconda has is not to
reformat the partition. Beta TC6 and all earlier builds had no ability
to re-use a partition while re-formatting it. That ability has been
added since Beta TC6.
