Aeolus guys are hopefully aware of this (adding mmorsi into CC).

This is blocked by rubygem-syck, which was removed from Ruby. There is
ongoing review of rubygem-syck, but I believe that the application
should be ported to rubygem-psych.

Deltacloud guys are aware of this (adding mfojtik on CC).

Well, it is one possibility. I already looked into the issue, but did
not find solution in reasonable time.
> rubygem-apipie-rails
Updated to the latest upstream version.
> rubygem-boxgrinder-build
> rubygem-boxgrinder-core
Hopefully upstream is aware (adding mgoldman on CC), however there is
certainly incompatibility due to missing sych in recetn Ruby.
> rubygem-dynamic_form
Is in semiretired state [2] :/
> rubygem-gem2rpm
Incompatible with RubyGems 2.0. Patch proposed to upstream, but it needs
more love.
> rubygem-gettext_i18n_rails
Blocked by rubygem-slim
> rubygem-pam
This would need some .spec file cleanup. I gave up for the moment.
> rubygem-qpid_proton
It was already rebuilt I believe.
> rubygem-rack-mount
Not maintained upstream, there were some issues if I remember correctly.
May be should be retired, as it was part of Ruby on Rails 3.0.x but it
is not anymore.
> rubygem-slim
Blocked by upstream as far as I know.

Done.
