Looking for reasons why mod_security pkg was orphaned/retired

Apparently you'll need to do a SCM admin request

 unretirement of a package on specific branches
 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

 other special git requests, etc
