xmms being retired as of F19

Have you seen DJ Delorie's replies in the other thread? (The first one is 
dated earlier than your message, so I have to wonder whether you missed it.)

(Note that I personally don't care about xmms at all and most definitely do 
NOT want to maintain it.)
