Mass closing EOL bugs should not close bugs with pending updates

You don't have to subscribe to devel to get EOL notification. It's 
usually sent to every bug reported to the affected version and not
closed yet. We failed to do it for F14/F15 :(

For invalid address - I can't do more to try to reach someone with
invalid address... It's everyone's responsibility to make sure his
address is still valid.
