Resurrecting Hamster

Hamster-applet has been orphaned for a while, primarily I imagine
because it wasn't compatible with GNOME 3 until recently.  According
to the upstream site, it is now compatible:

and I would like to make it available again.

I have applied for commit privileges, just thought I should announce
my intentions here as well.

The upstream name is now 'hamster-time-tracker', so perhaps the name
of the package needs to change as well.  I'm not sure how that fits
with taking up an orphan?
