And the practical walk-around: look into ~/.cache/fedora-review.log and 
you will find the name of the test that fails. Use -x flag to exclude 
it, and you should get a template

Of course, a bug filed  at https://fedorahosted.org/FedoraReview/ is 
appreciated :)
