Obsolete packages still included in Fedora 19 development

 I have retired fcitx-keyboard.

But Denis Arnaud cleaned up all code for fcitx(1). I think it should be
wrong. I have reverted the code back to git repo just now.  Fcitx is still
fine and is widely used in CJK community.
