It does. Technically the packages app doesn't maintain any state
outside of its 5 minute JSON cache, but it is querying bodhi in which
is operating on an older snapshot. One could check it to verify at
https://admin.stg.fedoraproject.org/updates

The "Relationships" tab relies on some data that's not available in
stg, unfortunately. If you check the production instance, I believe
it does work:

It should show the files installed when you install the package, for

No, but that's a good idea. I've created a ticket for it; we'll have
to figure out how to fit it into the UI smoothly.
