Unresponsive mantainer process - dkms package

Hello,

I'm at the 3rd week of the unresponsive mantainer policy [1] (point 5) and
I'm thereby asking to become owner of the dkms package.
In the bug comments I've also posted an updated package that fixes all the
bugs present in the current package release.
