No. This completely throws away all the advantages of GNU/Linux package 
repositories, in particular, shared and automatically resolved dependencies. 
There is some support for using distribution libraries, but the more the 
0install package relies on them, the less it benefits from the purported 
advantages of 0install (cross-distribution portability, non-root 
installation etc.). So in practice you'll end up with A LOT of bundled 
libraries.
