Rawhide wiki page revamp

Greetings. 

I have been working on tweaking our Rawhide page recently, but sadly
the current page is such a wreck I decided to just start over.

Feedback welcome. I'll probably put it in place for

in a few days. 

If you see anything just wrong or a typo or an error, just fix it.
