Qt-based packages: formal reviewer wanted

We could put these up on the kde-reviews tracker, but I think we probably 
want a qt-reviews tracker for Qt-only stuff, seeing how there is more and 
more of it. We found that a tracker bug is the best way to keep track of 
reviews around a common theme.
