It *is* fixable w/o epoch bump and I'm about to fix it.

$ rpmdev-vercmp 1.0-0.a2.24.fc20.1 1.0-0.25.a2.fc20
1.0-0.a2.24.fc20.1 < 1.0-0.25.a2.fc20
