downgrade version of gthumb in fedora 21 final?

I agree that should be downgraded in F21 and possibly in rawhide as
well. Since gthumb does not follow the GNOME release schedule, we
shouldn't push unstable versions of gthumb to rawhide. I suspect it's
being picked up by mclazy....
